Purpose of processing

Your data is processed solely to receive and assess your enquiry and to respond to you. It is not used for any other purpose.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law. Consent must be given before the form can be submitted.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes, whether in Türkiye or abroad. Hosting and email providers may access it strictly as necessary to deliver the service.

Data is collected electronically through the contact form on this website and is provided directly by you.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under Article 11

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
To request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the Law,
To request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
To object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis,
To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Requests may be sent to the email or postal address above and are concluded as soon as possible, and within thirty days at the latest.
